About Us

The Kentucky Select Soccer League (KSSL) is dedicated to promoting competitive soccer and committed to service to our member clubs and teams.  KSSL is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected by member teams and operates under it''s own by-laws and rules.  KSSL is sanctioned by the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association.

KSSL was formed in January 1998 at a meeting of seven (7) clubs and has grown from an initial 140 teams to over 300 teams from clubs in Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia.  A volunteer Age Group Coordinator oversees each age group and handles scheduling, updates, and final standings.
